[he isn't totally sure that she's being honest about her motives. but if she isn't, it's better to tell her what she wants to hear. and if she is, THAT'S SO COOL? and he genuinely would want to help her. plus, ghost liked her, which is a point in her favor. for now, he'll be watching her.]

i realised it was a dream
but i don't think the full extent of how it's connected to our current reality really got through
it didn't seem like i needed to pretend

[ she's definitely kicking herself for that now, but --can't fight dream logic, not really, so she's trying not to be too hard on herself for it, either. ]

i have no idea yet how the dreams or the other reality or whatever it was affected our waking reality
but it clearly did
